Showed up in a panic at Part Source because my windshield wiper literally fell off in my hands. The staff we're so good to us. They grabbed the wipers I needed and the man at the front desk grabbed his jacket and came out in this cold, snow storm to put my new wiper blades on. I was so thankful. Ordered some brakes online for the 15% discount. There was some confusion with multiple options listed but no specifics on location (front or rear) with different part numbers as well as 1 not even having a picture. Called to confirm and when I went to pickup the employee went through the effort of checking and found the pads set aside were wrong. I usually stick to one Canadian-branded store for my auto needs, but after repeated attempts to find a simple wiper blade, I ended up finding PartSource in the West End online and went in myself instead of ordering from Amazon. The gentleman helping me was quick, sharp on the keyboard, and confirmed the exact blade I needed — brackets and all. Service was fast, somewhat friendly, and most importantly, it worked. Windshield’s clean, wipers are right, and I left satisfied.
Came in twice in one day as I was trouble shooting my issues. The gentlemen working were super helpful and knowledgeable and had a really good vibe. Brendan helped us an out a lot and took our call as we were trying to trouble shoot. Coming in twice and they didn’t look at me weird, just helped and talked me through it
