I ordered a part on Sunday they said it would be in on Monday at 3:30pm. They would call when it was in. I called Monday at 3:30pm and it wasn’t in. They said the part would maybe be in Tuesday prior to closing at 2pm. I call Tuesday because they clearly don’t know how to call their customers. The part is in. The lady on the phone tells me they close at 2pm. I show up at 1:10pm after work. The door is locked. There is multiple employees inside the store so I bang on the door.
