I appreciated what Patrick did for me in customer service. The part was damaged in shipping and he helped deal with it and get me money to repair it.
Initially received the incorrect bumper due to the packaging being mislabeled, Patrick worked crazy-fast to have that bumper picked up the next day for return, and my correct replacement arrived just two days later.
