Shipping was very disappointing. The invoice stated a delivery method of 3–5 business days, yet it took over 10 days to receive the part. The pricing was already higher than Partshub competitors, and the primary reason I chose Partshub was the promised delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, the delivery ended up taking longer than competitors while costing more. I also had to proactively follow up with Partshub for status updates and contact Canpar myself. This was my first purchase from Partshub, and it may also be my last.
Terrible company! I bough a part that didn't fit my car. They said that a driver will come pick up the part for return, no one showed up. I sent emails over and over, it's clear they don't want the return to happen. Will never buy anything from this company again!
