The web site should say "Special Order" if the item is available but not in stock. The item I ordered did take 6 weeks to come, but was a perfect fit & worth waiting for!
Toro lawnmower is a very popular brand. However, spare parts are very hard to find. My lawnmower is 6 years old and I need to replace the front wheel traction cable. My Google search for my spare part had led me to PartsHouse, the only supplier in Canada that had showed in the search. That saved me a lot of time and money by fixing my lawnmower myself, or instead of buying a new mower. PartsHouse is very reliable, delivered on time, hassle-free. Wish they expand their business to the east coast.

Very professional and I was kept inform hat there was a delay of 4 weeks for my parts which i didn't mind cause I was kept in the loop. The I was informed that the parts had arrive and would be shipped shortly. Excellent service. I am very impressed. parcel was packaged very well.
