Follow up to my original review: Had to do reveser charge on my credit card but its still not resolved as Partshnc will not acknowledge the credit card comany. In partch I received this email from them: Sorry for the delay, it seems like inspection on the part is not yet completed Please allow us till month end, we will get back to you with an update. Customer service is horrible, I called on the weekend asked if a part was available to come pick up immediately, they said no problem. Drove 45 min to a locked building. When I called the number back they told me they were closed on weekends. This is ridiculous and a waste of my time
