Beyond disappointed. These guys are holding me to the full-year subscription and will not let me out. I simply do not wish to use their services, and they laughingly offered for me to pay the rest of the year up front, or keep the monthly payments. They also threatened to send me to collections if I take don’t continue to pay them. Very disappointed that they won't let me out of my subscription upon request.
