CUSTOMER BE AWARE! I cannot start to tell you how this company has screwed up a laser machine and a laser hair removal handpiece, not to mention me. I sent the machine in, just to get a part replaced, and they sent me a picture with the glass screen busted. They said the person delivering the package did that. But I seriously doubt that now.
