Contacted them online for a reservoir cap, confirmed availability and price with them before arrival after getting there and waiting half an hour i was told they don't actually have it. Drove an hour there for nothing

Over priced, and unreasonable
Message for the part , had to come back the next day , gave me the wrong part . Then wouldn’t replace with correct part , refunded the money 3 days later.
Have parts listed on Facebook marketplace and I asked to collect. I was going to drive from mandurah to collect however they wont take part off until a deposit is paid. No exemptions and state company policy etc. I understand they may have been burnt before too but this is the first wreckers I have contacted who decline taking off parts without a deposit as I pay via cash. Very disappointed as wanted that part. Based off others reviews however, looks like I may have dodged a bullet.
