Excellent customer service. We bought a used washer and dryer (which came with a dryer cable). Had a little trouble with the cable burning through itself and its terminal, and the techs made sure to replace the terminals and bring the dryer back into working order in a timely and friendly manner. Amazing, amiable staff that absolutely stands behind their work and will do right by the customer at all costs.
