Contacted them about a refrigerator then they were gonna send out a service man about my dryer, I may have given them the wrong serial number, but I talked about a refrigerator and leveling now they deny that I talk to him about leveling and they said that leveling may not be under the warranty
Our dryer broke around the holidays. Kyle came out and diagnosed the problem with, ordering the part and replaced it for us! A lifesaver as we couldn’t afford a new dryer during the holidays! Thank you Kyle!
The technician (Kyle) came and diagnosed the problem with our washer, had to order a part. One week later he was back and fixed our washer in no time. Great service all around from the office staff (Ashley Dillon)who answered the phone to the technician.
I've had them come out for multiple issues in my home and every time they have come out and fixed the issues right away. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10
