Our dryer broke around the holidays. Kyle came out and diagnosed the problem with, ordering the part and replaced it for us! A lifesaver as we couldn’t afford a new dryer during the holidays! Thank you Kyle!

The technician (Kyle) came and diagnosed the problem with our washer, had to order a part. One week later he was back and fixed our washer in no time. Great service all around from the office staff (Ashley Dillon)who answered the phone to the technician.

I've had them come out for multiple issues in my home and every time they have come out and fixed the issues right away. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10

I have been waiting for over a month to get my washer repaired No one from Capital appliance will return my call though I have called numerous times apparently we're waiting on parts but no one ever gets back to me as to when the parts will be here. I am very frustrated not only with capital appliance but Maytag repair service as everybody just gives me the runaround. I thought Maytag was a good company but I won't buy Maytag appliances again
