Parts South is great. Everyone there is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. I've had an employee call competition to see if they had a part I needed when Parts South didn't. Great people all around.
We on a local towing company and we are always buying parts for our trucks and last week we bought some injectors for our Detroit motor in our big wrecker and they were bad parts and I took them back to get the money back and was told by there office manager that he was not going to argue with me about it and was not going to help us with giving us our cores back and our money for the new ones we purchased from them. Parts South, Inc. are an exceptional group. We were recently sidelined with a busted airbag and local shops in the area were not able to assist due to parts being unavailable. We were linked up with Rusty Perry at Parts South, Inc. to see if they could assist. Rusty was able to cross-reference the bag PN and had parts available.
