This store used to be different then the bigger chain stores. Now there worse!! You’re lucky to get the right part the first time and if by chance a part (like a starter) breaks after a month. They will do everything to keep from accepting responsibility. They will do everything to blame your installation or your car for the damage. I spent literally thousands of dollars through out the years. But because they wouldn’t help me with a $35.00 starter, my business goes back to pep boys!! Years ago they were good. If you have an old Volvo this is the place to take it for repairs. You can describe the problem and they'll tell you the solution before they even work on your car. You can count on your car being fixed. They even have recalls/problems with different year Volvo's memorized.

I often go to City Auto Parts for parts for my truck and for my childrens cars. If Butch doesn't have it in stock he will order it or find it for me. Thats what I call customer service. Thanks Butch.
