Have used this business before. They are about average when it comes to mechanical repairs. Needed vehicle checked out and 25 hours later I called and checked and will probably wait until the end of the day to find out the results. All in all good but very slow.
We knew Rich before we ever knew he was a mechanic. Trustworthy, honest guy. We've used him exclusively for our (sadly, frequent - a consequence of owing mid 90s, high-mileage rust buckets) automotive repairs. He has been considerate of our financial situation, helped us understand our options and costs associated with each. His price is fair, and we don't have to wait long to get our cars in. We've rarely had any problems with his work. Whenever we've had questions, he has stood behind his work.
