Excellent really. I called in to ask for a visor (old one's spring went bust) for a 2008 year Honda Civic. He knew in his head what he had in stock, which it so happens he did. As a hands-on guy, asked me if I'd removed the visor and what screwdriver he'd need -- and I had removed the old visor a day before so I knew. 10 bucks, no need to ship a cardboard box with packing material across the country ! A quick soap and water cleanup and part is perfect.
