Goderic is very helpful. He gave me quotes for the car parts I was looking for and explained well the parts as we are finding one item difficult online.
My order of a used part was shipped from Canada to US and I got charged a huge (about 30%) import fee by UPS. It never happened before and was totally unexpected (was probably due to the tariff change most recently). Reached out to the seller, who was very responsive and generously offered a remedy. Very grateful!
