I have used Parts & Labor Catering for past events and you would be remiss to not use them at your next event. The layering of flavor and smoke that is built into all the food is amazing. Best brisket chili in town!
This is a much belated but no less heartfelt thank you for fantastic food for mom‘s party last month! We are still getting comments especially about how good the brisket was! My nephew was very happy that there was enough sauce for him to take some home at the end. We have been enjoying some of our own leftover sauce as well. I have known Chef Jeffrey for almost 10 years and his food is always delicious. I love smoked meats, probably primal dna :) . As an event producer I trust him to deliver excellent food for my clients. He is dependable, ez to work with and the food is always wonderful and yup hired him to do a gig for National singer song writer show this weekend.
I have greatly enjoyed the ribs and smoked brisket from Parts and Labor, as well as side dishes. Very tasty!
