In the beginning I ordered parts for my old Range Rover’s via eBay, always get the right part, but then when I couldn’t find via eBay, I find out they have their own website, they have a load of parts available which aren’t listed on eBay, using the registration number search bar, it’ll only show items that’ll conform to that car. Company doesn't honour warranty given on parts, i have given them every piece of information they have requested and now all correspondence has stopped. Ross i have already previously replied with my car details, reg, make model and year, along with the problem with the part and the part number, i have just sent these details for a second time.
So purchased a part which was listed as compatible by their website and when it came and wasn't, they turned round and said u can't return because their returns terms says u need to provide them reg to double check compatibility b4 purchase,. I don't know how u can use ur reg to find the part and still be inaccurate and I don't know wht different database they have that can check to find different. It's all a ploy to not refund people and minimise returns because most people will just check with their reg plate and purchase.... read more
got coils for civic mk8 ex after one week sagging to the level that car rides directly on bump stops. tons of excuses not to refund. COUNTERFEIT PARTS AVOID update.went to the garage to check with mechanics..they tried to push/pump car downwards 3 of us and we couldn’t
Honestly didnt think company's like this still run. Scammers don't buy from just served notice to take them to the small claims court due to them not giving me a refund on a faulty part.
