SCAM. Mark is happy to take your money and supply wrong/incorrect parts before having you return them back and never issuing a refund. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. It took two weeks to have the parts delivered what is an hour drive. After returning them he hasn’t issued a refund in 6 weeks despite calling and messaging on multiple occasions. Avoid this business at all costs.
Do not order from this place! It's a scam. Ordered and did not receive the part. It's been over 3 months and no item. Also cannot issue a refund. Poor communication and deceitful practice
Absolutely dreadful service from Mark Tran - COO of Parts Heaven and would NOT recommend using him. Sold him my used car in December, and have since received a number of Citylink fees - all whilst under his ownership. Not surprising I haven't heard back. A really deceitful and appalling businessman.
Very happy with their customer service ! ( Definitely not a scam like other comments are saying ) I called last week and spoke with Mark . He sourced out the Honda Civic part that I needed and had it shipped directly to me in Sydney and arrived within 3 days . I'm very happy and will definitely use you guys again when needing parts in the future. Thank you
