It's definitely a better than average Toyota service center. They are not inexpensive, but seem to do good work.
I recently purchased a New 2020 Tacoma, but wanted to add a few factory upgrades that my truck did not come with, so I contacted the parts department at Grants Pass Toyota. The staff there were extremely helpful. They provided me with the correct part numbers and parts that I needed to make my new Tacoma even better.
