We purchased a brand new Honda about a year ago and have been quite pleased with the vehicle, salesmen Van ,customer service young lady Lindsay and other employess but one women named Jodi I believe is her name was quite rude,abrupt and unprofessional.
I brought my ,2007 Honda CRV in for some work on it on Feb 6...called her on Feb 3 and made A appointment.Dropped off the car at 7:30am on the 6th and. left it.Called about 2:15 pm for status. and was told they were just starting on it..got here at 4pm and nothing had been done on the car..was told 2min ago the car is ready.5:00pm. Why make a appointment???everyone has been nice but not organized

From the moment I walked in I was impressed. They made my first car buying experience more than painless, but pleasant. For 20+ years I have had my vehicles serviced at Raines Honda. I have always been treated politely and with respect. The only time I have had difficulty with my vehicle was the one time I had it serviced elsewhere due to being out of then area. The situation was resolved at Raines.

was there yesterday and looked at a car. I asked the lady the price and she told me. I asked how much they could come down and she said not at all. I have never been to a dealer where they dont want to deal at all. prob last time I will shop there. not a good experience...
