Went in for an oil change on 2/23/2011. Talk to a service adviser about some damage that was done to the vehicle. He said it looked like it was about $700 worth of work and suggested I take it to the Gary Smith Collision Center to get the work done. Moments later, the driver of my car smashed into a new Honda Pilot. The service adviser rushes over to convince me that "everything looks the same" and that there was "no additional damage done to the car as a result of the crash" that I just witnessed.
