I bought my first brand new car here a few months ago and it was a very great process I didn’t feel stressed or pressured and got everything I wanted. Melissa Thomas was my dealer and she was great. Good afternoon, I am please to review the Andy Mohr service department and especially Shawn Deckard. I've been buying Honda since about 2001 (Accord, Ridgeline, CRV, Civic (lease), CRV, Pilot). All were new except the Civic. I like the quality of the cars, but the main reason is their service department. They don't respect time,really I was disappointed.You need a lot of work to stay as a service provider for Honda .
I just lease a 2016 Honda Fit LX from Christy Alarcon. And I couldn¿t have a better experience. I would recommend this place and Christy Alarcon to all my family and friends. Decided to purchase a 2015 Honda Accord. Both my brother and my aunt loved the car. DCH Honda of Old Bridge was right around the corner. My salesman Dimitrios answered all of my questions, over & over again. The one thing I did not want was a black or white car. Dimitrios took the time to find the only "champagne" Accord on the lot.
