This place had such great reviews, which is why I decided to come here. Beforehand, I called to confirm that my extended warranty would cover the repair for my sunroof. When I brought my car in, I was told the part had to be ordered and that I would have to pay $200 out of pocket. I explained that my warranty covered it, and even had it verified, yet I was still charged and told to contact AutoNation Hyundai myself for reimbursement. We drove up from Tucson cause we have heard of the customer service at K.Garff. We had an issue with the car we were purchasing but Armando stepped in and made it right. You can really tell the customer service of a company on how they deal with unexpected issues even if it might cost a little extra money. They sent us home with a beautiful car and definitely gained a repeat customer!
