Great service and good people to work with!
Used to be good dealership. NOT ANYMORE !!! After last service technician forgot or was too lazy to put one bolt underneath of my Audi 6. Also coolant wasn’t looking good after flushing and changing service. I contacted service advisor Tim but he didn’t even responded to my voicemails. So I called manager of service department and he told me that I can come tomorrow and pick up my part(bolt). I visited Audi of Hoffman Estate dealership today but Tim and manager wasn’t available.
