My wife went to pick up a part, and the service was absolutely terrible—there was a great deal of discrimination. My wife truly felt completely humiliated. A young man eventually stepped in to help her because the original employee couldn't seem to understand anyone; apparently, he simply doesn't know how to deal with the public. Please make changes and provide training to your staff to ensure better customer service in the PARTS department.
