I was able to get a needed part ordered. Their phone situation needs work. Online ad loop. Called service department and was able to get transferred to the parts department, and speak with an actual employee.
Went to parts.dept. clerk got me the wrong part.
Lost key fob replacement took a week to get in stock, then they told me to come pick it up. $300 turned into $500+ and then they failed to mention my car would have to be here to get the $500 key fob programmed. So now I have to tow my car to their shop to have them program they key fob. Do not get a 20 or newer car here.
