TERRIBLE … READ BEFORE CONSIDERING GOING HERE. Very unfortunate and really hope these people will start to do better! Indira, a manger, flat out lied to us several times. We came to see a car which we were told was available and she said it sold. We go back home continue looking online and we call someone else from this dealership and they state it’s still available and that we can come take a look and test drive. What a great car buying experience. Lex and Indiri made it so easy and stress free. I am so pleased with my new Prius Hybrid and the gas mileage is phenomenal. I already received a call to schedule my first service for August. That says quite a bit about Gettel customer service. Thanks again for your help.
I went here to purchase a minivan, the rep that I had to deal with was the rudest person that did not want my money what so ever. I wish I got the name, but the first thing he told me was: you are here because you want to own a Toyota, right? Well if you're not buying anything today then you're just waisting my time. I asked him why does he have so rude to a customer and why rush me to make big purchase. I don't remember what he replied but he pretty much told me to leave.
