I went here to purchase a minivan, the rep that I had to deal with was the rudest person that did not want my money what so ever. I wish I got the name, but the first thing he told me was: you are here because you want to own a Toyota, right? Well if you're not buying anything today then you're just waisting my time. I asked him why does he have so rude to a customer and why rush me to make big purchase. I don't remember what he replied but he pretty much told me to leave.

U set up an appointment for a 10min key programming and u wait 1hr. Keep in mind second time i had to come in for the key cause they failed to tell me it needed to be programmed.
