So far a great experience dealing with the parts department for my 2008 Ford Expedition.
Had a great experience, was able to come to a agreement . I recommend Huntersville Ford and ask for Angel, great guy and very professional will make the experience worth it!
I have not had any bad experiences with the parts department here and they are very conveniently located off of I-77 at exit 23. They have only had to order one part that I have needed.
