Went to go get a new tire put in my car. Also a new light bulb for my headlight. They must not know how to get repeat business because they was rude. I pull my car around back and go to the front desk to let them know that I was there for my new tire change. Writes me a ticket and tells me to go around back and give it to the technician. I ask if they was still able to but a new light in and was told to just ask them like he didn't want to hear about it. Had a set of tires come OFF one side of a dually pickup WHILE DRIVING and they were the ones to put them on and when called about it all they could say was “sorry”. Thank goodness it didn’t happen earlier that day while we were on the INTERSTATE with our babies in the truck!
Worst business in Edmonton!
Everyone in town recommended this place for me to get help with unscrewing my oil cap, & the reputation they earned for such small town friendly support is well-deserved. What I needed was one of the smallest of things, but everyone inside was friendly & didn't hesitate to help me in any way. Thanks again y'all!
