This is the WORST repair service we have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately, we were referred to them by our warranty company so we had no other choice. Our Refrigerator went on the blink on Nov 7th. We called our warranty company and they sent out a repairman from PartsCharlotte 2 days later. After diagnosing the problem, he said he would have to order parts and it should take about 2 weeks to come in. At the end of 2wks we never heard from the company so I called to find out status. We could not have been more pleased with the service received from Parts Charlotte. Prompt attention as well as courteous and respectful communication prior to repairs are all worthy of mention.
