purchased a Certified Pre owned Cadillac in May 2025 from them and looked at buying a Preowned Cadillac SUV the following month to be told by Sales Lady that I had to ride in back on test drive. WRONG we purchased elsewher. Went to trade in Cadilliac in Aug 2025 only to find out the car we just purchased was wrecked but it wasn't disclosed on thier "carfax" but sure was documented on the TRUe Car fax. I paid $252 to have an issue "diagnosed". They tell me they don't make the part I need anymore. I ask them for the part number and they tell me they can't give it to me because they don't make it anymore. Was that a joke? They can't even provide me with the part number after spending $252 for "diagnostics"?
