Don’t buy from Andy Ochoa at Earnheart Chandler AZ. Terrible customer service. Your company lost a part. (Wheel locker) Then; Didn’t complete a service. (Rotate tires) Didn’t tell me about it (didn’t let me know it wasn’t completed) Charged me for it. Then wouldn’t make it right when i called. My wife and I were in the market for a new Cadillac. We found a "gently used" 2025 XT6 Premium (Platium Package) at Jim Shorkey Cadillac. Although, the dealership is currently under a major reconstruction, we found the Sales staff, as well as the Service Dept., very accessible and professional. purchased a Certified Pre owned Cadillac in May 2025 from them and looked at buying a Preowned Cadillac SUV the following month to be told by Sales Lady that I had to ride in back on test drive. WRONG we purchased elsewher. Went to trade in Cadilliac in Aug 2025 only to find out the car we just purchased was wrecked but it wasn't disclosed on thier "carfax" but sure was documented on the TRUe Car fax. I don't even know where to start, Tim and Anthony made this entire process so pleasant and so seamless. The service is literally top tier!! The service is so personal yet so professional. This is the best dealer I have ever worked with! I would recommend them to anyone!

I paid $252 to have an issue "diagnosed". They tell me they don't make the part I need anymore. I ask them for the part number and they tell me they can't give it to me because they don't make it anymore. Was that a joke? They can't even provide me with the part number after spending $252 for "diagnostics"?

Went to Carroll Cadillac and was greeted by Christian.  He was very professional and showed me a 2025 SUV CT5. Exactly what I was looking for my 1st cadi.
