I recently purchased a truck that had a Napa battery that was only 12 months old. Got stranded on memorial day due to dead battery (Napa was closed so I was forced to go to Walmart to get a replacement). Went into Hilo Napa store the next day and I was told by the woman at the counter that they couldn't help me because I'm not the original purchaser. Napa battery didn't even last a year, despite their batteries being nearly double the cost of Walmart battery. They don't stand behind their parts warranty, trying to find some ... read more
