This is the worst parts department of any car dealership. I work at a local dealership so I oftihace to go to main dealer to get parts I have waited here hours for even someone to come out. I just had to come for personal reasons and it was the same issue he was Supposedly on break the lady told me after I had been waiting for 15 mins even though she just told someone on the phone she was going to transfer them to parts.
