My visit to your dealership was to ask about my mats for my Chevy Trax. Im so grateful for Mr. Bubba because I had just parked and he met me before I got out of my vehicle and greeted me and immediately he was checking on the mats. Had an oil change booked for my wife’s car which I don’t drive and asked them to check the Alignment which they had adjusted just a few months previous as it was still pulling to the right. They called me back and wanted to charge me for the alignment a second time!? If they can’t get it right the 1st time why would I want to pay them again? I’m taking my vehicle service and maintenance elsewhere.
Friendly, helpful, polite service staff. Some in phone and in person. They could not help with my issue (involving replacement of instrument panel and resetting odometer on new panel to match car's actual mileage due to federal regulations). But service manager fully explained problem. Listened closely, and offered advice, as I waited for technician to finish evaluation, I watched all service reps check in other clients with same courtesy and respect for property shown to me.
