If you want excellent service, someone who knows your car and what it needs. If you do not want to keep taking parts back because they don't fit. Please DO NOT GO TO PARTS AUTHORITY. You will be disappointed every time. The manager has no knowledge and is very rude to customers. Not a good place to patronize
Am specifically writing this review because of a dispatcher at the 50-07 49th Street, Woodside NY of Parts Authority & hopes it gets to the management of the company. His name is Jean. He abuses most customers at will, while his supervisor watches on & never cautions him against such rude & unprofessional attitude. What a phucking joke that place is, DO NOT buy ANYTHING thru these A holes. I bought a delphi fuel pump with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. They're too worthless and lazy to make a return. They can barely speak words, mostly grunting noises and slang words developed from failing to be able to do something called annunciation of the word being spoken. They're complete morons, AVOID this dump
Please beware before you purchase any parts for your vehicles. The representatives that take your order will give you the wrong parts and have total disregard. The employees professionalism is to a minimum considering it was their mistake. They can benefit from customer service and professionalism training. I'm not sure if they are seeking employees at the Rehab Center or Home Depot. In efforts to keep my peace I WILL NOT patronize Parts Authority ever again.
Was at the 27th Ave store in Phoenix, and Rick was determined to ensure I had the right part. Apparently I didn't know what I was talking about. So glad they still know their job at Parts Authority. Thanks you for all your help! :)
