i was down and out trying to find a gearbox for my car i decided to try my luck with this place because i went to autozone and pepboys and both referred me to the dealer i walked in and the place has a very warehouse feel to it i spoke to a manager there named Richie who not only took the time to speak to me about my car but ran my vin to verify that he was ordering me the correct part...got the part installed without a hitch and the price was half of the price the dealer was asking...i must say i am truly impressed with the... read more
Searching for a vtech solenoid for my Civic and the local auto parts store told me goto the dealer..i decided to try my luck with this place which they not only came through but they got me the part half the price of the dealer... the heavy set fellow andy was a pleasure to deal with...i also stopped in to get some car wax and the older gentleman was very knowledgeable this store really reminds me of the old mom and pops auto part stores from back in my day
A couple of week ago went in there specifically asking for replacement spark plug with the model # for my snow thrower. The guy with a smart look on his face, gave me a spark plug for a car. It was totally wrong type and fit. Also bought a few other items and was told that every item besides tools, is refundable. Out of principle, went back there to return the wrong spark plugs, and the whole employee staff was just bunch of rude scumbags!!! Yea I am all set with this place ever again. I approached their door at 5:29pm not noticing that they closed at 5:30, when my phone rang. Deciding not to be rude and on the phone in their store I took the call outside and when 5:30 hit the ugly kid with the glasses locked me out. At 5:31 I went to open the door, and everyone inside decided to ignore me, they could hear me knocking and finally after 2 minutes of repeated knocking the kid waived me off. so all my experiences at Esp and Asp have been good and just recently have I found better deals on the internet's auto part sites. You have to know your auto parts. though.
