Sunday, of Labor day weekend, I got a warning light on my dash to "check rear brake-light"... No mechanics anywhere! I went to Levine in Winsted to buy a $1.00 bulb... Problem - The process to change a bulb in a Volvo XC90 is beyond insane! Remove panels and take things apart just to get to it. Long story short... "Joe" (greatest tattoo's I've seen in a while :) was kind enough to give me a hand and work through the process's to replace the bulb. This place is a joke. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the rudest person you can imagine. I believe his name was Mike. Trust me these people aren't worth getting your hard earned money!!
Best most knowledgeable staff in the area. Way better then the competition in the area. I do business here all the time and plan to continue in the future. Highly recommended.
Parts Plus in Pagosa Springs has a great selection of auto parts. The counter people have a good knowledge of the products available. If you are looking for outstanding service it's definitely Parts Plus
I travel a bit and found myself with a headlight out on my recent trip through Colorado. Came upon these guys unexpectedly and was pleasantly surprised. Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff and the store was clean and organized. Great experience and I recommend them if you find yourself in need of parts in the area.
New Ownership, huge inventory, aggressive pricing, & great experience! The employees are friendly, well-knowledgeable, and happy to help. The retail floor has a huge selection of batteries, tools, tire chains, oils/chemicals, and towing accessories
Much better experience now that they are a Parts Plus and no longer Napa. Very helpful and a much better selection of parts on hand. Didnt have to wait for them to order it. Thank you
THE BEST ALL AROUND including the big box stores... everyone is very nice and they always have what I need when I need it!!!
The most pathetic napa I have ever been to employees are horrible have no service or aread any help I have bought a window for my car next day when I came to get it it was cracked then they installed another one witch they didn't seal right and was leaking water all over my cat till I fixed it, and they lost my car keys and took them a few minutes to even find them never coming back you guys suck
