I’ve been a loyal customer for over 3 years, but after today, I won’t be coming back. I was left waiting for over 5 minutes while the girl at the counter stayed glued to her phone. When she finally acknowledged me, she had a terrible attitude and even tossed my items at me. Her behavior was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service skills. Barry was the best manager until he relocated and Steve is always on top of his game. They seem to always be there for me and have what I need and when they don't the order is always on time.
