Shaun has been an excellent adviser throughout the whole engagement process with in-depth knowledge about the brand, different models, specifications and trend. Couldn't be more happy with the service I received from Ricky, he couldn't of been more helpful, we had a few stumbling blocks to overcome but he was always professional and offered sensible solutions to getting me the car I wanted. Second mention to Chris who helped me out with a test drive in his Countryman in Ricky's absence. Overall from start to finish the team at Partridge have acted as a team and have been friendly but very professional and I would definitely use them again.
Went to Partridge Mini Eastleigh looking for a second hand Mini JCW as I did not like the new mini interior and what it looked like. The salesman Shaun was very helpful during my search process. Unfortunately they could not supply me with what I wanted. I would recommend Partridge if you are in line to buy a new or used Mini

This is a thanks for Shaun who dealt with is yesterday. We had profoundly deaf brother who is interested in buying a mini. I explained to Shaun how to interact and he was perfect, it is difficult for people not to shout when dealing with hearing loss but he showed great empathy. Was also very pleased to see that Shaun didn't launch into full sales mode, he allowed brother to take his time and then explain to him when he needed help.
