Bob and his terrific crew installed our new boiler last year. On time, on budget and excellent quality workmanship. We recently had a family health challenge and needed some heating changes asap. We called Bob and he was there same day and had a tech make changes same afternoon. Highly recommend PFH
I am pretty happy with my new Geothermal heat pump. It kept me warm all winter and was efficient. It took a while to get the unit and get it installed, but it was worth the wait. Bob was the only one who actually got back to me and whom I trusted. I contacted ARC and a place from Lake Sunapee. ARC promised to get me a quote, but never did. They came out right away. Even though we had no power to check the work, they are very knowledgeable.
Worksmanship was great, communication and value was not. We met in person twice to go over the project. I received a quote after the first visit and wasn't made aware of any changes to the quote on the second. Additionally, during the two day job that myself and my wife were home for, no communication was made regarding changes to the scope or cost of the work.
