I absolutely love my new apartment at Partridge Estates. The apartment is fantadic, Property manager, Lois is amazing! She extremly knowledgeable, knows and cares for all the tenants. If you have a small issue or a problem, she is immediately on it. The handyman is also great and always happy to help. I Love this place, staff and my neighbors.
If I had known in another 2&1/2 years we would have had to move again I wouldn't have rented from them period. So not worth it. They are also liars. Said they would take care of my final utilities bill, but never did.

They will enter your apartment without letting you know and I caught the landlord doing this they are nice people but they set their own rules. They said they need to know your garage code because they should always be able to access your apartment.
I only drove past it. But it looks nice!
