I’m so disappointed with this office. They changed locations which is no problem but their phones have been off for well over a month now. Could even be longer. I got labs done and Beth had told me she would call me with those results. It’s been a MONTH!! I’ve called the office so many times. Left messages and even texted the phone number like it told me to do in their voicemail message. Can’t believe this is how they take care of their patients…

I have been a patient here for as long as i can remember, the NP Beth has always been amazing! I’ve never had a complaint, until now. Back in June/July I had scheduled my annual appointment, which they had scheduled me for Oct 11th (which was fine, considering it was just my annual visit) I had to find out online that they were relocating for the 2nd time. This office texted me the day before my appt on 8/29 to cancel. I tried calling the office 5+ times during their supposed business hours and nobody picked up or answered the voicemail I left. The text they sent canceling stated someone would be in touch with me, but I still haven't heard from anyone to schedule. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to find a new doctor, as I have pressing issues needing to be addressed. I can't wait for this place to get their act together.

My mother had an appointment scheduled for 8/31/23 that she had for months and they canceled on her. She tried calling to reschedule and they didn’t answer or return her many calls. She later received a text message that she had an appointment so she went to the office and there was a sign on the door that said they are closed and moved locations. How do you not tell your patients that you’ve moved and not even return their phone calls?! She is changing her doctor and luckily she is healthy and this isn’t an urgent need. Sha... read more

This is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL office I have ever stepped foot in. They cancel your appointments an hour before your appointment time. Even when you have an emergency request, their phones are off. I have walked into their office because I had a question and was unable to reach them, the office is completely empty and the two ladies at the front desk are sitting there doing nothing. Save yourself the headache, and DO NOT go there!!!
