Replaced two furnaces at the church. Installers had a few issues but Shawn took care of it . Very professional and timely
Had an issue with a thermostat, they sent out a tech on the same day to check it out. After awhile it was all straightened out and is working as it should. Very fast and helpful when it was needed most.!!!
Partney looked at my mom's furnace since she wanted it checked before winter. Mind you, the furnace works fine. The tech told my mom she needed a new heating element, if it was still being made. If not, she would need a new furnace. She received a call from their office that the part is no longer being made, so she will need a new furnace and they were to call her with a price.
