Great same day response time. Called as soon as they opened and they arrived at 8am. Unit needed charging and cleaning. work was completed quickly and unit is working great. Now have their info in phone book for future needs.
Awesome! Called in the morning and got a 10:30am appointment to check out our a/c. Morgan arrived a few minutes early and was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Got us fixed and cooling down fast! So glad we called Partney, will call them again for any future needs.
My experience with Partney has been excellent. My ac stopped working on an extremely hot day and it was at the end of the day. Partney was the only one that would come out that same day. The technician, Shawn, contacted me right away and came right over. He was able to get my system back up and going temporarily and get me a quote and set up for installation for a replacement for my 20 year old system. Shawn was great.
