It makes you leave at least one star but I'd leave zero if I could. I called to schedule an appointment to be seen by Dr, I was transferred, it rang 3 times and then said the number can't be directed as dialed and if I keep having this issue talk to your admin. I hung up and called back and let the woman who answered know that I just called and was transferred and what was said. There was silence for 15 seconds, I said hello, and she hung up on me.
