This place disgusts me. Who ever is behind the phone needs help.
Poor service rude people.. trying to get in 3.5 months to get a tooth fixed been agitated..now I get a rough call on vm telling me I loosing my insurance couple weeks from partnership.i call ins. Ummm yea no after 1hrand 20mins on phone. This place unbelievable and they only one take ins .. unbelievable!!!!!!
Services in Oshkosh location are ok but having to deal with Appleton location to schedule/reschedule is a disaster. Long story but you are better off just avoiding this place. Customer service is terrible and unorganized. When an issue is brought up to a manager, you may be accused of making things up when you aren’t.
Whatever you do stay away from the hygienist named Wendy. She is extremely rude, rolls her eyes at you, and doesn't seem to understand patients rights to refuse controversial treatment. Most other staff are great, but watch out for Wendy with the Karen haircut (ironic). She's a piece of work.
My elderly mom really needed to be seen and treated today. She had a really bad infection that got really bad overnight. They were super busy but were able to squeeze her in quickly today. Got her on some antibiotics and scheduled her to get bad tooth pulled later on. Staff was very kind and got her in and out so quickly. Very thankful ♡
