From the beginning there were problems. The software program mixed up my wife's information and mine including emails. At the closing for the sale of the property, my tax form had my wife's tax ID number, and her form had some other tax ID number (not hers or mine). While going through the signing process, I was rushed and barely allowed to read the documents I was asked to sign.
