Amazing title company! Chase and his teams go out of their way to get the job done. They are extremely responsive and easy to work with. Keep up the good work!
Chase was very unprofessional.. He changed the closing date and expected everyone, especially our lender, to stop everything to do his bidding. He screamed at my husband on the phone and demanded he do something to get the lender to do as he wished. He was also unprofessional to our notary, Michael Bissonette as heard by my husband and I on speaker phone. My husband has Parkinsons and did not need to be involved in Chase's temper tantrum. I would not recommend this organization at all.
Chase and his team were professional, responsive and very thorough throughout the whole process. They were a phone call away if I had any questions.
Very good and very professional about their work.
