Unequivocally one of the most disgusting living experiences I’ve ever had. The rent was dirt cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. The kitchen and all appliances were dated and disgusting. The bathroom was absolutely horrendous as well. I’ve never felt clean while living in this space, glad to be leaving soon. Safety isn’t a major concern though.
I was scheduled to move in on May 19th, 2025. When I get there the room and bathroom were horrid. Mold everywhere on the carpet, in the bathtub, and the toilet. And I was told all they could do was clean it. CLEAN IT, when I asked for it to be replaced. Then the property manager says that they are selling the property of the room that I’m in. They deserve a 0 rating.
Nice place. No safety issues in my tenure here. Close to campus and has bus stops conveniently located. Great value for money, one of the best apartment layouts that I have seen
