I own a business, had the worst workman’s comp & insurance audit I ever had in 35 years of being in business. I have been trying to get ahold of people to discuss the audit. Nothing but voice mails. I asked the insurance agent to contact them. Crickets. I have never been talked to so rudely in my life by an auditor
I recently switched to Partners Mutual for my homeowners/vehicle insurance due to an increase in the previous company's premium. Rest assured, after my appalling experience with Partners Mutual corporate customer service, I am wholeheartedly regretting my decision. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! I filed a claim for one of my totaled cars and we wanted to buy it back so our claim person LIANE told us to mail her a thousand dollar check and that she’ll contact Copart witch is where the car sits now and she told us she contacted Copart and told them the vehicle is on hold since we are buying it back and it’s been now a week in a half and we haven’t heard NOTHING from anybody than we go on Copart and the car is now up for auction about... read more
