The front desk staff were kind and courteous, I didn't wait long, and it was a clean and neat office. However, after meeting with the provider, my opinion started to change. I made an appointment for a simple procedure. Only a nurse practitioner sees a patient for the first time, not a doctor. Even though I was only there to have one procedure done, the practitioner took it upon herself to say that I MUST have numerous medical tests done and schedule future visits. I was not even given the chance to say no, I do not want this or that done. She scheduled these tests on her own accord without my permission or consent.
