I had an appointment with Dr. Soto on July 2023. Days before I was called to let me know they need to rescheduled it. The new appointment was for today, September 28, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. I arrived at the usual office at 8:25 a.m. and realized that the place was unoccupied.
